The Cheraw Spring Festival Returns on April 6 to Downtown!

Join us in downtown Cheraw on April 6th from 10AM to 6PM for the annual Spring Festival for a day of food, entertainment, family fun, music, and so much more! Join dozens of vendors along Market and Second Street, bring your chair and enjoy the bands at Centennial Park!

The Spring Festival Car Show returns to Market Street. Interested in participating? Register with the Recreation Department by calling 843-537-8420. Awards will go to the cars with the best paint, the best engine, the best interior, Best of Show – Classic, Best of Show – Modern, and People’s Choice! Entry fee of $20 up until 3/29/2024. On site registration is $25.00.

Take in some local history with the antique fire truck parade at 10AM or visit the living history expo at Riverside Park, featuring a reenactment at 2PM! Finish the day with Civil War Lantern Tours of Riverside Park on April 6th (begins at sundown). Interested in more local history? Take in the Cheraw Historic Cell Phone Tour, a 25 stop tour of historic sites around the Town.

Take in the fine art of Chesterfield County with the Cheraw Arts Commission’s Fine Art Show at the Burr Gallery in the Cheraw Community Center. Gallery will be open during the month of April! Call 843-537-8420 ext. 12 for more information.

Your favorite entertainers will be returning including TC Amusement Rides, Boo Boo the Clown, and the classic Phillip’s Farms Petting Zoo, all found on the Kid’s Fun Block!

Concerts throughout the day featuring The Phazaar Band, the Sand Band, and The Main Event Band! DJ Kelly Kel will be providing additional tunes during the festival.
