Water & Sewer ServicesThe Town of Cheraw provides water and sewer services to all residents within the Cheraw town limits and some customers located outside the town limits. These rates are among the lowest in South Carolina. The water comes from the Great Pee Dee River and is processed at the town's 6 MGD plant facility. The Utility Department has 1.8 million gallons of water in elevated storage tanks.
