The Town of Cheraw Prepares a Downtown Master Plan

Columbia based Boudreaux Group presented a draft of the Cheraw Downtown Master Plan on Thursday night.  This presentation was the capstone of a two day charrette that involved input from numerous community stakeholders, business owners, property owners, and developers.  The Downtown Master Plan will be finished at a later date, but you can watch the draft presentation here: Downtown Master Plan Draft Presentation

It also isn't too late to provide your input by completing this survey.  It will only take a few minutes of your time and all input will be rolled into the final product of the Downtown Master Plan.
