Notice is hereby given that a non-partisan election will be held between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 for the purpose of electing Mayor and town council member from Council District # 1 as depicted on the Single Member District Map filed in the Cheraw Town Hall. This map has been made available for you here for your convenience.
This year voting will take place at the following town voting precincts: Precinct #1: Cheraw Community Center, 200 Powe Street; Precinct # 2: Cheraw Fire Dept., 12 Chesterfield Highway; Precinct # 3: First Baptist Church, 121 Greene Street; and Precinct # 4: Northeastern Technical College, 1201 Chesterfield Highway.
