Cheraw State Recreation Area, Carolina Sandhills National Wildlife Refuge (headquarters on

Hwy 1; visitors need to pick up a map and regulations); Sandhills State Forest;

Southside Park; Pee Dee River Riverside Park; Lake Wallace - Bennettsville.

Nonresidents 14 older must have a license to fish in any fresh waters.

South Carolina has a reciprocal fishing agreement with Georgia only.

Licenses are available at hardware and tackle shops.
