Friday nights are for hanging out with friends and making new ones.  Teen Center Members can come and enjoy dancing to the latest hits, pool, ping pong, foosball, bumper pool, air hockey, basketball (when available) and much more or just come for conversation.

TEEN CENTER EVENTS

The Cheraw Teen Center will begin registration for all new members beginning Monday, August 1^st.  The Teen Center, part of the Cheraw Parks and Recreation Department, welcomes all new 6^th – 8^th graders to join us for the Membership Drive and Dance on Friday, August 12^th from 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. In order to attend events, students must have their parent purchase them a Teen Scene membership. Parents are required to chaperone at on event during the 2006-2007 school year.  Membership fees are $5.00 for city residents and $10.00 for county residents. (City addresses will require a proof-of-residence statement or bill.)  Teen Scene events are held on Friday nights from 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. unless advertised otherwise. All Events are subject to change. There will not be Teen Center events on the nights of the Braves home football games. Please call 537-8420 for more information. DECEMBER 1ST:  PLATINUM ICE RECORDS LIVE!   All Teen Center members are invited to come out and enjoy this night of fun and hip hop.  Live music featuring  Tiger, Jay. , and Miss Quick.  Admission to the dance is $2.00 plus the cost of membership if not already a member.    The dance is from 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.  

DECEMBER 15TH:  TEEN CHRISTMAS PARTY.  Join the Holiday fun, games, music and dancing from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.  Admission is $2.00 per member.
